Carrefour has these days an incredible promotion: a bicycle for 39RMB (3,7€). It is a folding bicycle, everything new, nice colours... Who can stop the impulse to buy it? It's so cheap! But why is so cheap? "In China it is normal because the low incomes of the workforce". Ok, may be, but why do you think the production costs are sooo low?
